Julie has 15 years experience as a financial and operational consultant, helping companies improve cash flow and operations. Prior to joining Dickholtz Wealth Management, Inc., Julie was the Director of Enterprise Performance at Royal Caribbean Cruises, leading a team responsible for understanding the operations of each business department, helping them identify opportunities to improve cash flow, and developing and implementing solutions, resulting in millions of dollars of bottom line annual savings. Julie also spent 6 years at a major international public accounting firm, developing financial models to assist companies develop and implement business strategies. Julie has a B.A. degree in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles. Outside the office, Julie enjoys travel, skiing and being involved in school activities. Most of all, she enjoys time with her husband, Tom, and daughters Madison and Kaitlyn.
